Legal Warranty
In the event that the product presents any defect, Fine Artic will proceed, as appropriate, with the repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. These procedures will be carried out completely free of charge for the customer. Fine Art will address any lack of conformity that arises within 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. The customer must notify Fine Artic of the lack of conformity within 2 months from the moment they became aware of it.
Returns (Right of Withdrawal)
The customer has the right to request a product exchange or a full refund of the order amount (including both the purchase price and the original shipping costs) within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
The refund for amounts resulting from the exercise of the right of withdrawal will be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.
Except as noted above, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, which include artworks that are not listed on our website and have been specially commissioned by the customer via email or WhatsApp.
Furthermore, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to orders exceeding $50 placed from outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. In these cases, due to logistical constraints, the production of the artwork would have been outsourced to partner producers who do not accept returns
Return Procedure
To exercise the right of withdrawal within this period, the customer must contact us through our contact page or by sending an email to info@fineartic.com. In both cases, it will be necessary to complete the required information as indicated in the return form. Once the return is accepted, we will provide the customer by email with the return address.
The customer must send the product back to Fine Artic using a shipping service of their choice, covering the return shipping costs, within the specified timeframe.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method employed for the purchase unless Fine Artic and the customer agree on an alternative refund method.
In the case of a product exchange, Fine Artic will process and ship the replacement item at no additional cost to the customer once the original product has been received. We strive to be flexible regarding exchanges and are open to offering alternative solutions for the customer’s convenience.
