Shipping policy

Our products are shipped via courier services or a transport company, depending on the size of the package. A tracking code or link will be provided to the customer for each shipment, which will be sent by email following shipping confirmation.

Shipping to Spain

The estimated delivery time will be 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping to Europe (including UK and Switzerland) and the Canary Islands

The estimated delivery time will be 2 to 4 business days.

Shipping to the United States and Canada

The estimated delivery time will be 3 to 6 business days.

To maintain reasonable shipping times and avoid customs issues, orders will be produced and shipped from your own country, at our trusted branch locations. The same quality standards will be maintained as if they were produced at our headquarters in Spain.

Delivery conditions

The product prices indicated do not include shipping costs. To find out the exact amount for these, we invite you to check each specific offer.

All orders are dispatched, and the option to pick up the goods at our facilities is not available.

We do not ship to package pickup stations unless the customer expressly selects that option.

In the case of goods with special dimensions (meaning special orders of around 40 small paintings or 10 large ones) transported by logistics companies, delivery will be made by truck up to the curb of the public sidewalk closest to the delivery address, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Shipping damage

If the customer receives goods that show damage caused during transport, it is essential for us to be notified as soon as possible, providing photos of the damaged items and the order packaging (usually bubble wrap, corner protectors, and box). This is necessary so that we can exercise our own rights against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

Once all this information is received, you can rest assured that we will act considerately to replace the damages and ensure you have the painting in the expected condition.
